At Shield, we are confident that you will love our products and enjoy using them. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 100 days of the delivery date and get a full refund. No questions asked.
Simply contact our customer service team and let them know that you want to initiate a return. We will provide you a return address for you to send the product. We require the items to be shipped back for us for a full refund (even if they are used or empty). We will then issue a refund less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Your payment processor will then process this action and you will receive your funds within 10 business days.
