Return Policy
At Shield we are confident you will love our products, but we also want you to have a clear understanding of how returns and refunds work. The following summarizes our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee and the process for damaged, defective or incorrect orders.
100-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Each otherwise eligible one-time or subscription order with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or less may qualify for our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
“Merchandise subtotal” means the amount charged for products after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than $200 are not eligible for the guarantee.
To request a return:
- Contact info@myshieldsystem.com within 100 calendar days after the order’s recorded delivery date.
- Wait for return instructions before sending products back.
- Return all containers included in the order—including used or empty containers—within 14 calendar days after receiving our instructions.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs and for loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Eligibility and exclusions
The guarantee applies separately to each otherwise eligible one-time or subscription order.
The guarantee is not available for wholesale, resale, diverted, fraudulent or abusive transactions. We may request reasonable proof of purchase and identity and may deny or limit a claim when we reasonably determine that it involves fraud, unauthorized resale, return abuse or manipulation of the guarantee.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the eligible product amount actually paid. Taxes will be handled as required by law. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
We will not issue a duplicate refund while a chargeback or payment dispute involving the same order is pending or after the order has already been refunded through that process. If the chargeback is withdrawn or resolved without a refund, eligibility will be evaluated normally under the guarantee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If an order arrives materially damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@myshieldsystem.com promptly with your order number and reasonable supporting information. We will evaluate the request under applicable law and any written warranty or offer-specific terms that apply.

This page provides general operational information. Sections 11 and 12 of our Terms of Use and Sale govern Shield’s 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee and returns. This policy does not expand those Terms or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
